jargon busted - 'cms'
What is a Content Management System (CMS)?
This is a tool used to assemble and aggregate your online content. It can be browser based or a standalone desktop application and provides for the storage, maintenance and retrieval of HTML documents and all related elements.
A CMS theoretically gives the avarage user the power to change or update a website without affecting the overall design or structure. This decentralised approach may be slightly more expensive to begin with but can save you time and money in the long run.
