To be fair, the team at Foremans' Buildings were already committed to their web site before they began to use WebCertain for search engine marketing. That's why when it was suggested that a planned re-design of the web site should be used as an opportunity to increase search engine ranking performance, that the team at Foremans jumped at the chance.
