The key service levels are:-

Perfomer 10  Telesupported - for sites where full optimisation is required - but telephone support and online meetings are suitable.

Performer 10 eCommerce - for larger e-commerce sites where the site has many categories is being updated on a regular basis.

Performer 10 Enterprise - for large web sites where the organisation prefers to pay based on a performance bonus but wants the full meeting and reporting service.

Performer 10 Corporate - for corporate brand leaders who want the best, a monthly review, flat fee and insights into customer behaviour and forward strategies.

Performer Series Objectives

Our aim is that Performer 10 should meet the following objectives for you:

Performer 10 eCommerce is only available on a 12 month contract - but there is a 6 month break clause!

In addition to the services included in Performer 10 telesupported and Performer 10 ecommerce - Performer 10 Enterprise and Performer 10 corporate both include:

1. Monthly strategy review - to discuss progress and align optimisation strategies with your business needs
2. Search marketing report - a full analysis with learnings which give insight into your customers behaviour - useful for offline marketing activities too!

Performer 10 Enterprise and Corporate are only available on a 12 month contract - but there is a 6 month break clause!  The Enterprise edition has lower initial fees with a performance bonus fee.  The Corporate Edition is based on a flat fee and has a higher initial cost.

WebCertain maintains a directory of search engines and directories and monitors their performance in terms of business generation to facilitate ongoing targeting.

Target Geography

Targeting a specific geographic area is a major issue for search engine marketers and all search engines are working on this problem – with Google currently ahead of the field.

The key points to note are that:

• Web users geotarget their search in many different ways – so it is important to cover as many possibilities as possible.

Search Engine Compatibility Assessment (SECA)

Our specialist search engine technical team thoroughly review your site creating an Action Plan for change. This Action Plan is used by the WebCertain optimisation team, and your web designers, to improve the site's search engine compatibility. The SECA is constantly updated based on the findings of our algorithm research.

Search Term Research

We interrogate a number of databases of web searchers to establish what words and phrases AND what patterns of search are to be seen in order to be able to target your particular target customers effectively. The Search Term Research uses, as a start point, the target markets and potential target phrases you outline to us.

Monthly Ranking Reports

Each month we check your target phrases against the search engines and monitor their ongoing performance. New phrases are added dynamically throughout the programme.

Source Code Optimisation

Using the Keyword Map our Optimisation Team will produce the Source Code content for the pages we are tasked with promoting for you.

StatPerformer - Full Statistical Site Tracking System

WebCertain's StatPerformer will be installed by us on every page of your site. You then have automatic emails reporting performance to you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (your choice!) You can also login to the statistics at any time and draw off any information you need. You can see a demonstration site at Live Demo.

This provides a very accurate picture of how many visitors of what type are visiting your site. They exclude search engine visits, our visits and your own visits.

There are over 200 different reports on the system – but the most important are:

• What phrases did people use to arrive at the site?
• Which phrases converted into contact form use?
• Which search engines did they use?
• Which country were they from? (Important for excluding non- targeted countries)
• Which were the most popular entry pages?
• Where did they exit the site?
• What was the bounce rate of the pages? (In other words, how many arrived at a page and then left without going deeper into the site).
• What was their visit path through the site?
• How many clicks did it take to get to the most popular pages (helps to identify navigation problems)?
• How many visitors return?
• Which were the most visited pages?
• If running pay per click campaigns, how many clicks came from which search engine?
