Our web tracking system uses a small piece of JavaScript code to gather information from all visitors to your site. This code is added to all of the pages you wish to monitor by your own web developers in consultation with WebCertain.
This script sends data to our servers, where it is analyzed and stored in a database. We can then create reports about how your site is performing by querying the data stored in this database.
